We simply needed to feature our tiki fish mug again, it's been such a long time! And what better drink to fill it with than the South Sea Dipper!?⁠ ⁠ What we particularly like about this drink is its fresh taste of exotic passion fruit, paired with three type of rums. Then it doesn't hurt that we love pineapple juice in drinks, and blending drinks with ice and everything is so cool during hot summer days.⁠ Recipe adapted by Paul McGee Ingredients: 1 oz white rum⁠ 0,5 oz aged rum⁠ 0,5 oz unaged

From the The Fortune Teller Bar, St. Louis comes the Full Sneak. It's a whiskey highball topped with ginger, lemon and port wine. This one is so refreshing. Perfect for the hot summer days to come. And that's also how we tried to style the drink adding both a pretty flower as well as a seagull. We think whiskey and ginger pair particularly well. There are quite a few recipes out there taking full advantage of this successful combination. Most of them are regular cocktails though, so we thought

Not all tiki cocktails need to be based around pineapple, coconut or passion fruit. The Cuevas cocktail by Dane Barca is a good example of this. First of all that small amount of cinnamon syrup is defining the drink quite a lot. The earthy and spicy flavours it adds to the cocktail are really nice. The port wine and the Punt e Mes lowers the overall ABV and give the cocktail a very pleasant ruby red colour. In the end the rum is the star, and thanks to it this is still very much a tiki cocktai
