Being a citrus driven gin, pairing it with fruit flavors such us elderflower and cherry was also an easy decision. The Gin & Juice from Analogue in NYC is a very refreshing yet elegant cocktail. Gin and grapefruit combined equals a pretty bitter cocktail, but it's freshened up by sweet maraschino and sour lemon. This is actually a great spring cocktail, and a solid gin drink. We used pink grapefruit juice rather than regular, as we only had that on hand.
