This recipe, adapted from Kyle Webster, takes the well-known Daiquiri in a much more Swedish direction. Using Åhus Akvavit as the main ingredient we think turns this drink into a rather luxurious experience.

2 oz akvavit
0,75 oz lime juice
0,5 oz rich simple syrup
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and fine strain into a coupe.

The simplicity of this drink is astounding. This Martini ratio we fancy a lot, and it works well also with aquavit. Here we use O.P. Anderson Klar. A clear aquavit with heavy dill notes that is absolutely fantastic in a Martini. Dilltini Ingredients 60 ml O.P.
