The Wormhole is a coffee based low ABV highball drink by Ryan Perry. There is no sweetener in it so it's a rather earthy and bitter flavour experience you're in for. But as the alcohol is low it still becomes a very refreshing acquaintance. The coffee in the recipe means this is a good brunch cocktail. The mint used as garnish is home grown. This gorgeously pink drink is composed by David Vaughn and we found the recipe in Imbibe Magazine. And I'm proud to say this cocktail got mum's approval. She adored the cocktail, both its look and its flavour. It's a refreshing experience and the strawberry and the elderflower shine through. Vodka is a good base in this drink, as it lets those other fruit flavors take center stage.

The Gin & Juice from Analogue in NYC is a very refreshing yet elegant cocktail. Gin and grapefruit combined equals a pretty bitter cocktail, but it's freshened up by sweet maraschino and sour lemon. This is actually a great spring cocktail, and a solid gin drink. We used pink grapefruit juice rather than regular, as we only had that on hand.
