Grapefruit Old Fashioned

Grapefruit Old Fashioned

We're almost half way through Old Fashioned Week and we are excited to contribute with this Grapefruit Old Fashioned. It's a riff on the classic, with added flavours from grapefruit and tonic.

The grapefruit and the tonic add a rather bitter profile to this one. It's really delicious if you, like us, love bitter cocktails.

Whenever we do Old Fashioned cocktails we try to use as heavy and sturdy glassware as possible. There's just something with the feeling of drinking a rather delicate cocktail from massive glassware. Call us old fashioned if you like!

Cheers, and happy Old Fashioned weekend!

Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
