Ok, prepare yourself for an absolutely unique and delicious drink! The Forty Thieves cocktail by Gino Pellarin kind of blew us away already on the first sip. There is so much going on at the same time, but somehow all those ingredients play very well together and marry into something quite spectacular.

The recipe we found in The Nomad Cocktail Book. Yes, we finally bought their cookbook just to get hold of the attached cocktail book. Actually just this single cocktail made it worth it, it's that good!

The Nomad in NYC was recently crowned the world's third best bar, and we are lucky enough to have been there not only one, but two times. The atmosphere in the bar(s) is very sophisticated, elegant and international. The main bar is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, with hundreds of bottle on display. The cocktail menu is a mouthwatering and very tempting read. We can't wait to go back when visiting NYC again next year.

Unlike cloudy ice, clear ice is free of impurities and air bubbles, offering a pristine, glass-like appearance that enhances the visual appeal of any cocktail. But it's not just about looks. Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
