Always fun to use pisco we think. It's a relatively neutral spirit and because of that it works pretty well with several different mixers. This cocktail is both sour and bitter, and truly enjoyable!

0,75 oz orange juice
0,25 oz lime juice
0,25 amaro Montenegro
0,25 oz honey syrup
3 dashes orange flower water
Mixing:
Shake all ingredients with fresh ice and strain into a coupe.
