As Punt E Mes is one of the ingredients in Greg Best's Edgewood cocktail, it gets an almost golden colour making it look very appealing. And it also tastes phenomenal, being a bit bitter and sweet at the same time.
When poured into coupes this cocktail almost looks like a beer we think. We are also playing with perspectives in this photo (these glasses are actually tiny) and this further enhance the beer look.

1,5 oz gin
1 oz grapefruit juice
0,5 oz Punt e Mes
0,5 oz Lillet Blanc
Mixing:
Shake with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a pinch of salt.
