Movember is here, so expect to see lots of moustaches as a symbol for the month’s focus on mens health. Our contribution is this moustache garnished cocktail called the Bull Fight.

And if you look closely, doesn’t that moustache also resemble the horns on a bull? We thought so, and decided November was the perfect month to post in, for all those reasons.

The drink is delicious! Falernum is an exciting ingredients, tempting to consider nothing but simple syrup. But it is actually more of a spiced liqueur, even is the alcohol content is really low.

Bull Fight

Recipe from Bar Sinclair

Ingredients:

1,5 oz reposado tequila
0,75 oz Drambuie
0,75 oz Falernum
0,5 oz lime juice
2 oz ginger beer

Mixing:

Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer with fresh ice and double strain into a highball glass. Add some ice cubes and top up with ginger beer.
