The Blank Slate by Sean Hord is a Jägermeister driven cocktail. Also in the mix are grapefruit juice, lemon juice, pear brandy and ginger syrup! Basically a flavour explosion you will not forget very soon

It tastes really delicious. It's herbal, bitter, stingy, sour and sweet - all at once. The silky look of the cocktail further enhance the impression this cocktail makes.

Also our excitement for this vintage Woodmet tray is big. We've seen quite a few varietes of these trays (made in the 1980s we believe). The tray on this photo is rather straightforward, which is what we lika a bout it.

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots.
