A tropical treat made extra delightful thanks to the pineapple rum and the amaro. The crushed ice makes this drink extra refreshing, and the smoky scotch on top is so cool!

Recipe from Brick & Mortar

Ingredients:

1,5 oz pineapple rum

0,75 oz amaro Averna

0,75 oz lime juice

0,5 oz simple syrup

5 mint leaves

a few dashes of Laphroaig scotch

Mixing:

Shake everything except the scotch with fresh ice and double strain into a rocks glass. Add crushed ice and 3 spritzes of scotch. Potentially garnish with a mint sprig.
