The Adriatique by Jackson Cannon is a really colourful cocktail. It's primarily based around amaro Montenegro, which is one of our favourite amari. It's herbal, sweet and very flavorful, and it's just perfect to use in cocktails.

As the weather is hotter than ever in Stockholm we were able to enjoy (and photograph) this drink outdoors. There's something extra enjoyable in being able to sip these Italian products outside. We just imagine this is how they are consumed in Italy all year around.

Another great feature of this recipe is its simplicity. Three ingredients, all fairly well known. That's it. As long as you can shake them together you have something quite awesome to drink.

Clear ice is denser and melts more slowly, keeping your drink colder for longer without diluting its

A Spirit(ual) Journey Throughout the North of Sweden

It has always been on our wishlist, to tour the more northern parts of Sweden. Our interest in spirits and cocktails have taken us to many places in Sweden and abroad, but until now not really more north than Uppsala. Well this just changed, as we got the chance to pay a visit to gin producer Norrbottens Destilleri. And this was just the start of five fantastic days, driving between so many beautiful spots. Norrbottens Destilleri Töre, close to Kalix, is where Norrbottens Destilleri produce the
